All K9-GTS timing systems can have firmware/software updates when and if released
An Email to existing known customers may be sent advising of a OPTIONAL firmware update to a part or total system is available , if they wish to have it.
Depending on the update available – will require Type1 -Rx pole, TX pole , Type2 RX and TX gates, Scoreboard Controller PCB , handswitch and or Main Controller to be sent to service location. A confirmation email listing the required equipment for the required update will be sent
ANY SOFTWARE UPDATE REQUIRES THE PARTS THAT ARE UPDATED , TO BE PACKED, SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE AT USERS COST TO AND FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE

Note: Software updates will check software has uploaded into the device only, A power up test will be done after install.
Equipment will not retain any time records on the system after an update is done, and the system will need to be configured with your equipment after an update
